Soft Chocolate Muffins are fast treats to prepare. They are perfect for the breakfast or as a snack!
They are simple but you love them suddenly at the first bite: Soft Chocolate Muffins will melt in your mouth!
Try them, they are very tasty! Instead of using the dark chocolate you could use the milk or the white chocolate!
Soft Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients (for about 12 muffins):
- 100 g of butter;
- 120 ml of milk;
- 80 g of dark chocolate;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 150 g of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder;
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparing the Soft Chocolate Muffins
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Arrange the paper cups in the hole deep muffin tray and keep it aside.
Melt the butter and the chocolate into the milk, without boiling it.
Let it cool. Then add the sugar and stir with a electric whisk or anyway vigorously.
Pour into the dough the eggs and mix them until they are combined.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and the salt.
Pour the powders into the dough prepared before and stir together.
Pour the dough obtained into hole deep muffin tray for about 2/3.
Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes.
Take the Soft Chocolate Muffins out of the oven and transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
As needed, sprinkle the treats with icing sugar!
Keeping these muffins in a dry place and covered with plastic wrap, they’ll last for 3 days!
